Exquisite-Gardens does not collect any personal information from you.  As with every website on the internet, we do collect stats for marketing purposes and to offer our visitors what they are really looking for.  These stats are the norm online and only collect information such as your country, browser, and how you found us, either through a search engine or a link on another website.  Nothing more.  You will get a cookie from statcounter which is the company that tracks our traffic.

When clicking on links for specific products, you will also get cookies from that merchant.  These are not spyware, they are just cookies for the merchant to remember that you have visited their site previously.  If you have purchased products from such links, these cookies will track and remember your purchases, track your orders as well as shipping information.  Exquisite-Gardens does not have access to this information, only the companies from which you have purchased do and only if you allow them.

Your privacy is very important to us and we want you to have a positive experience when shopping on our site.  You may have noticed that several of our pages have been replaced or deleted.  The reason for this is that it has come to our attention that many of our merchant partners used spyware to promote their products.  If you have ever been the target of pop-ups on our site, this was the reason because we do not use pop ups of any kind.  We are in the process of removing all these merchants from Exquisite-Gardens.  

As a result, there will be products that are no longer available on Exquisite-Gardens, and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.  However, we refuse to associate with unethical behavior.  In our eyes, it is better to not offer a specific product than to have to do it through companies who don't respect your and our privacy and personal information.

Should you visit one of our pages and get pop ups, for your own protection, do not buy anything.  Please contact us right away and let us know on which page the pop up occurred and we will take immediate action.

Our mission has always been to provide high quality products and superior customer service from our affiliated partners.  This has not changed.  The use of spyware is highly unethical and we will not partner with such companies, either directly or indirectly through merchants who use them.
