Gardenia - Large (jasminoides radicans)

The irresistible large white fragrant flowers of the Gardenia explode with blooms from May to August under ideal conditions. The tree has dark green waxy foliage and makes a beautiful contrast to the delicate flowers. Best to place outdoors in summer and fall for optimum blooms. 8 years old 11" tall 

Japanese Mock Orange (pittosporum tobria)

The Japanese Flowering Mock Orange has thick glossy evergreen leaves which are oblong and in whorls. Flowers are rather small, creamy white and very fragrant and give off a fragrance similar to that of the orange blossom, hence the name "Mock Orange". At maturity they produce a leathery fruit called a capsule. Does very well indoors. 9 years old. 17" tall 

Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis)

The leaves of this Rosemary herb have a pine-like aroma. Use fresh or dried leaves in fish, meat, poultry, soups and teas. Small purple flowers. Likes sun. 7 years old 11" tall 

Flowering Pink Serissa (Serissa Foetida)

Chinzan Azalea (Large) (Satzuki Azalea Chinzan)

This delightful miniature holly which also produces small, pink flowers in spring and summer is native to the northern hemisphere. Chinese Flowering White Serissa S-Shape - Large Tree of a Thousand Stars (Serissa Japonica)

Tree of a Thousand Stars. The Japonica has somewhat elongated spoon shaped, shiny green leaves. It is a twiggy tree that grows tighter with shearing. This northern Chinese Serissa has small white trumpet shaped blossoms and is trained into pleasing shapes with a full upright canopy. 12 years old 7" - 10" tall 

Cotoneaster (Cotoneaster Microphylla)

The evergreen cotoneasters are easy-to-care-for trees whose small white flowers, appearing in early spring, are followed by tiny red berries that often cling to the branches well into the winter months. Can withstand a light frost but should be brought in for the winter months. There is movement in the trunk which may be difficult to appreciate in the image. 6 years old 9" tall 

English Crabapple (pourthirea villosa)

The English Crabapple has alternate tooth leaves and is a very popular traditional bonsai due to its flowers and fruit. Our mame English Crabapple measures only 10" high and bears showy flowers in spring and sets attractive 1/2" bright red fruit in late summer to early fall which remains on the tree through the winter. Bougainvillea - Flowering Vine (Pink Pixie)

The navigator Louis Antoine de Bougainville (1729-1811) gave his name to this genus. Originally from tropical and subtropical America. Popularly known as the "Paper Flower". Very delicate deep pink flowers that look like paper, hence the name "Paper Flower". Actually, the flowers are bracts of leaves at the tip of the stems that turn brilliant pink in color. Likes sun and warm temperatures. Available 12 months a year but may defoliate up to 50% during the winter months. 5 years old 6" tall 

Plum - Medium Flowering Tree(Carissa Macrocarpa)

The Natal Plum is a semi-tropical evergreen, bearing fragrant, star-shaped white flowers and, following pollination, dark red edible plum-shaped fruit. Easy indoor care. 6 years old 9" - 10" tall

Ligustrum-Extra Large (ligustrum lucidum)

Native to China and Eastern Asia and is now grown ornamentally in the United States. The berry of the Ligustrum has been used as a "yin" tonic in traditional Chinese medicine for a wide range of conditions, including premature aging, ringing in the ears, and chronic toxicity. White flowers are attractive during late spring and early summer. 18 years old 16" - 18" tall 

Texas Ebony (pithecolobium flexicaule)

Acacia/Mimosa family. Native to Texas and Mexico and is ideal for dry, indoor locations. The short branches are clothed in tiny dark green, bi-pinnate (compound) leaflets and make a wide rounded canopy which casts a filtered shade below. Leaves fold up at night or in subdued light. Touching the leaves does not put it to sleep as with some Mimosa. Short thorns are interspersed among the branches. From June to August it is decorated with dense, plume-like spikes of very fragrant, light yellow to white blossoms at the end of its branches. Dark brown woody seed capsules follow the blooms and persist on the tree for weeks. In Mexico these seed pods are eaten and the shells roasted and used as a coffee substitute. Great bonsai for indoors. 8 years old. 10"-11" tall.
